My place self storage is a wonderful facility. The lady is very sweet and very helpful. I lost my password to the gate several times and had to call and ask and she was very accommodating. I also had lost the keys to my lock during my move and she was able to work with me to get the lock cut off. I will be removing my items by the end of the month, but for the almost 9 months that I use the facility security was awesome. Customer service was awesome. The price was also great very conveniently located. Highly recommend this facility for your storage needs

Both were on site to help me and my customer service needs were met immediately. The unit they provided me was clean and easily accessible. I was able to choose the unit that would work best for me versus being assigned one which was a big help in my process.
