It’s a great storage facility, clean and April went above and beyond to not only get us in last min. But , gave us water after having the worst day of our lives- ... It sounds so little but she will never know how much of a blessing that was (due to my health issues especially). I also initially got a unit too small and she helped me swiftly move into a bigger one and only took moments so my movers didn't have to wait , she then followed up later with the paperwork- by coming to me to make it convenient. There was also another gal when I called ( I wrote her name down but it's not handy but I want to say it had Nora in it? ) anyway - she explained everything and what to expect, took the time to go over the dove needs and so much more.
