Wanted to thank my place storage for keeping ally items in storage safe for the past year and a half. You’re manager there Lee was wonderful to deal with and always kept us in touch if there was any type of issue. This was so reassuring during the hurricanes and unchecked when our credit cards had been compromised. And payment was an issue. Thanks so much. She knows the business and always welcomes us with a smile and treats us like family. The facility was perfect for what we needed. When our battery was dead, they helped with a charge, when our car cover blew off, they put it back on, when the hurricanes hit, they called to tell us our vehicle was ok. Accessing our vehicle any time of the day was easy and convenient. Lee, thank you! You are the best.

The UHaul truck we rented was freshly cleaned – a pleasant surprise compared to some other city/town locations from where I have previously rented trucks. My rental was an one-way rental. At the returning location I experienced an issue. I called Bobby seeking his advice. He told me the steps I need to follow to ensure my interest as a renter was protected. The owner’s outstanding customer focus is mostly unheard of these days. Highly recommend Punta Gorda Self Storage and the owner Bobby for all your truck rental and storage needs.
