Nice and clean, perfect for storage space we needed. This was my mistake I was quoted a lower rate verbally in person but on the contract it was higher, I noticed on my first bill but looked at the contract I signed and it was higher. Never called to discuss as I signed it and is what it is, look at the monthly rate it may not be as low as discussed, hence one star reduction. Overall I’d rent here again.

The unit is clean, climate controlled, and secure. Customer service is very nice, helpful, and respectful of your time. I was placed on hold only for two minutes and was told that they’re busy and would just put a note on my account and call back tomorrow. Rather than making me wait of hold for an hour I was very pleased by this instead. My only issue is with the website/technology. It is convenient and easy to navigate but I’ve encountered problems with the payments specifically. The first time I went to pay, the price was randomly higher than what was agreed to ($53 instead of $45.05) I was informed it was a glitch and it was corrected the same day thankfully. My second time trying to pay with the newly corrected price, my payment was declined and an error screen popped up despite having sufficient funds and using multiple cards. I tried on two computers also and still no luck. It randomly worked after I tried one last time before going to bed but I changed nothing from my earlier attempts, just found that to be stressful and inconvenient. Overall though I would highly recommend CubeSmart for out of state students like myself.
