The prices at the storage facilities in Nashville has skyrocketed. I was told about this place and I called them up and a nice lady answered the phone We discussed the price, the amenities, when I could move in and what was included. Everything that we talked about, she was very professional and very upfront I asked her if she had an iPhone, and if so, could we FaceTime so I could see the actual unit. She said she was more than happy to help me. She walked all the way down to unit A1, which was a long way from the office and we FaceTimed on the available storage unit. I told her that I wanted it. She walked back to the office and signed me up right then.

I had an amazing customer service experience with Rose @ 840 Self Storage and Parking! I had been looking for a storage unit to store my vehicle for days and wasn’t having any luck at any of the other businesses I visited until I worked with Rose. I initially asked Rose to provide me with information about storage availability, sizes and prices. She quickly provided me with the information I asked for and then she remotely let me onto the property to view the available options. Let me mention that my entire interaction with Rose was over the phone. After looking at the available enclosed storage units and outdoor options, I worked with Rose over the phone and online to secure my rental unit. Rose made the entire process stress free and was extremely generous with her time to answer all of my questions and to walk me through the rental process. Her friendly attitude and willingness to provide me with all the information I requested is extremely appreciated! She stayed on the phone with me the entire time to make sure I received the necessary documents via email and to make sure I was well taken care of during our interaction. The facility is well taken care of and convenient to access. Rose was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
