Visited MyPlace Self Storage today and was greeted by Jamial at the front desk. She was warm and professional and very informative. She discussed all the options that were available including the current promotions. Overall I had a great experience and I did end up getting a unit. I would rate my Overall experience 10/10

The staff is great! The prices are reasonable & I haven’t had any trouble out of them at all. Very nice & clean looking facility. I recommend them if you need storage. If you’re late on your storage they’ll work with you & even offer you a settlement if things get too out of hand for you.

They were incredibly helpful in finding the perfect storage unit to suit my needs. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which is always a huge plus. The staff, including Jessica and Crystal, were friendly, professional, they helped me find a lock and a few extra things I needed. This is the 3rd time i’ve used this storage facility. Never had any issues other than leaving a lock on there after i paid my fees but all it took was a phone call and a representative and down to take the lock off immediately! Only storage facility i’ve ever used.
