April has been amazing! On Saturday I placed a request for a storage unit and received paperwork to sign electronically. For some reason it wouldn’t allow me to click on the next page to sign and then timed me out and I wasn’t able to complete it. I called and April answered and said the next time I go to the storage unit to come in and sign the paperwork. I went today and she remembered who I was, had all the paperwork ready, and I was in and out so quickly. She was so nice and friendly and answered all my questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help service me.
