The facility is easy to access, secure, and the staff are very friendly any time we need to call, though the online “Move In” makes the transition seamless. We recently added a second unit. I spoke with Ruby, who helped to make the process extremely easy, and who also gets bonus points for patience and professionalism during an inadvertent round of 20-questions.
