She knows the business and always welcomes us with a smile and treats us like family. The facility was perfect for what we needed. When our battery was dead, they helped with a charge, when our car cover blew off, they put it back on, when the hurricanes hit, they called to tell us our vehicle was ok. The UHaul truck we rented was freshly cleaned – a pleasant surprise compared to some other city/town locations from where I have previously rented trucks. My rental was an one-way rental. At the returning location I experienced an issue. I called Bobby seeking his advice. He told me the steps I need to follow to ensure my interest as a renter was protected.
