But the real star of the show is Susan, who is absolutely AMAZING!!! From the moment I walked in, she made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and dare I say… enjoyable?! She’s friendly, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. I had a million questions and she answered every one with patience and a smile. The units are spacious and easy to access, and the property feels super safe and well-maintained. I’ve used a few storage places in the past, but this one blows them all out of the water. I needed a storage and because I live close to the Collier Rd location, I decided to go check it out today. I’m so glad I went because, not only did I get the right storage size but a temp controlled one, AND the very last one that was reserved but then the person didn’t show up for it. Now, what’s amazing and a beautiful part of this process was meeting Karen. There are people in business who you meet and they’re all about making a business transaction, and we go separate ways. Not Karen! She makes connections and make you feel like you’ve known each other and that’s rare these days. I went to get a storage and left with a feeling like I also gained a friend.
