Chamekia!! Chamekia!! Chamekia!! ?????????? 10/10 in customer service!! 10/10 in compassion!! 10/10 in thoroughness!! 10/10 in going the extra extra mile for me and my family!! My two kiddos were my mother in law’s only grand children. She left everything for them. I’m not a hoarder, but I couldn’t find it in my heart to get rid of ANYTHING. Going through her belongings has been full of wonderful memories. Seventy eight years of collections, and what one might call things, we call beloved memories. Hard to get rid of sort of thoughts. I started by renting a 10×10 storage unit, from My Place in Pflugerville. As time has gone by, we went through the memories, the kiddos cheerfully shared the memories, kept what they cherished. And now we have been able to size down to a smaller unit. Chamekia has made this process so manageable and peaceful!! She set me up in a smaller unit, right down the hall from the first unit. Making it an easy transfer!! She gave us a few days to transfer the things we are still looking through to the smaller unit, without shutting down the first unit!! Chamekia is a blessing!! So so very pleasant to talk to, and do business with!! She is a lady of her word!! And her actions are proof!! Thank you, My Place, for having such a wonderful, cheerful person answering your phone, and working the front desk. Chamekia is one of a kind in costumer service!!! Chamekia is the Best! I researched multiple self-storage locations in the Pflugerville area. MyPlace Self Storage is by far the cleanest and well secured. The grounds are well kept and Chamekia keeps the place in tip-top shape. She answered all my questions and worked with me to secure the correct size storage unit(s) that fit our needs. I will keep recommending MyPlace Storage as the best place for self-storage needs in Pflugerville.

I have used Myplace self storage several times over the past eight years. It is just so much easier to move into a new place with fewer boxes and leave the rest in a good storage facility. It gives you the opportunity to add different things as you have room. I have always been happy with this storage facility, and this year, since the new company took over, and they hired on Michelle as an on-site manager, things have gone extraordinary. Michelle had to troubleshoot with a lighting situation in my storage unit and she did an awesome job at it, Solving the problem as quickly as she could. She has been awesome. She keeps the facility clean and keeps up-to-date with bookkeeping. When I call, she knows who I am, and what unit I am renting. She always has a smile on her face, and has that unique ability of being professional yet friendly.
