Located at 7755 Old M-78, the facility features approximately 79,762 net rentable square feet across 710 storage units, offering a mix of climate-controlled and drive-up storage, along with vehicle parking. The property is conveniently located near Michigan State University and serves residents, students, businesses, and other customers throughout the East Lansing area.

The acquisition continues MyPlace’s growth across Michigan. With the addition of East Lansing, MyPlace now operates seven facilities totaling more than 630,000 net rentable square feet across the state. The acquisition also moves Michigan from the company’s third-largest state presence to its second-largest by net rentable square feet.
