Located at 9240 North 67th Avenue, the property adds approximately 74,900 net rentable square feet and 700 units to the MyPlace portfolio, including 675 non-climate-controlled storage units and 25 vehicle parking spaces. Together, these locations strengthen the company’s footprint across the greater Phoenix metropolitan area and provide additional storage options in both the East and West Valley.
