My elderly aunt is renting storage space here. Her experience has been frustrating and expensive. She rented there when it was Harris storage and never had issues. Now her rate has continually increased, although she pays monthly somehow they seem to always figure out how to charge a late fee. These folks are driving her crazy. Not sure what experience you would have at other storage facilities but MyPlace Self Storage in Mount Dora has been an expensive nightmare. I would advise looking elsewhere. ********************************************** As a follow up to the original review, I would like to share that Sam, the regional manager, reached out and helped get the confusion cleared up.
