The manager Robert is nice, he called me ahead of my move-in day to let me know my POD had arrived and was secure. He walked me through getting to my unit including how to put the code in. They open the package of the lock that they give you, which personally I appreciated quite a bit because those plastic packages are impossible to open and I didn’t have any sharp objects to help me open it by myself. Garage is big and can fit two cars at once. You put the code in twice to get to where the units are so its very secure. Elevator is a good size for large items, but if any item doesn’t fit there are wide staircases as well. I have a large couch (8ft) and we got it up the stairs and to the unit with minimal issue.
