I just want to say how much I appreciate Anita, the manager at MyPlace Self Storage. She’s very caring, considerate, & goes the extra mile to make sure all her customers are satisfied & well taken care of. She’s went above & beyond listening to what kind of storage building I needed & wanted!!! She takes the time to show them to you too, ahead of time, if you want to rent one, if you need her to!!! She makes sure they are very clean & taken care of too. They are monitored on cameras, so thats great to know your things will be safe there too. I most definitely would recommend her rental buildings at MyPlace Self Storage to anyone. If I could give her a million stars I would, instead of 5, which is the highest limit we’re allowed to give in our reviews!!! Thank you Anita for your great customer service!!! My Place Self Storage and Anita are the best! We are planning a move to the Asheville area but are currently out of state & our movers came from out of state. Needless to say the logistics of getting our stuff to the unit was a challenge. My mom actually had to go up & meet the movers. Anita was so helpful for me long distance & to my mom onsite. She has also helped me connect with local professionals to help us with the next phase of the move. When we were in town recently she also gave us some great recommendations on activities do locally. Anita has truly helped to bridge the gaps of our move. She is the best at her job and more importantly a truly amazing human being. Highly recommend.

Anita helped us as we navigated a tricky situation. The website indicated that the unit i reserved was “drive up” access, however, it was an internal unit. This would definitely not have worked for our needs. Our angel, Anita, promptly resolved our issue by moving is to a unit with our preferred access. Anita made this experience exceptional. Please pass along our appreciation to Anita in helping us during such a trying time.
