I needed a storage and because I live close to the Collier Rd location, I decided to go check it out today. I’m so glad I went because, not only did I get the right storage size but a temp controlled one, AND the very last one that was reserved but then the person didn’t show up for it. Now, what’s amazing and a beautiful part of this process was meeting Karen. There are people in business who you meet and they’re all about making a business transaction, and we go separate ways. Not Karen! She makes connections and make you feel like you’ve known each other and that’s rare these days. I went to get a storage and left with a feeling like I also gained a friend.
