The wonderful young lady at front desk.. and the Manager/ super nice man, were not pushy, inactive, or just unhelpful. All of the opposite. -5 stars for them! – The place is in a super convenient and great access location. Prices are awesome! Would be a 5 star review..just 4 ONLY because although is not the personnel’s fault, somehow, for a big facility, which the whole purpose is to CARRY YOUR BELONGINGS IN to storage…has TWO dollies…Yes..2 ! -I went 4 times in a week to just bring stuff little by little. -EVERY TIME someone else was, and understandable…using those.. I had to wait and actually not upset.. but hey! ..if every time that I go there, still the same….will go to another one. – That is a BASIC and a MUST in a Self storage biz. Not a favor or should be on a line to get 1 of the ONLY 2 that are being used. – Most of us are busy. We need the car storage since our vehicle isnt running at the moment, they allow non-running vehicles which is great since most storage places do now allow towing/need to be driven in, but this lot is exactly what we need. It was easy to set up the code, get in and out, and overall the entire process from booking to moving has been easy and stress free. Definitely recommend.
