Recently I came across the web site for My Place Storage while looking for space for my rv trailer. The web site is quite nice and very user friendly, and I used it to secure the space I needed. A few days later I received a call from Jen at My Place regarding a few details . She had noticed that a few points were left undone and took the initiative to reach out to me to get the needed information. She was very professional and friendly in resolving the open items. Had she not taken prompt action, my reserved space could have been rented by another customer, causing headaches for me, a prospective customer, and My Place. Jen averted all the potential problems by self-initiating action to correct my incomplete application. She demonstrated excellent communication and great customer service. Thank you, My Place, for having entrusted Jen with responsibility for My Place reservations. She is certainly an exemplary example of a conscientious manager.
