Update: finally received a response after this was posted and all was handled appropriately and we were able to cancel as needed. Hopefully the communication issues have been fixed. Originally signed up under different ownership, was a fair price for the facilities and a convenient location but after numerous price increases, we decided it was enough. Moved everything out and now have been trying to cancel for over a month with absolutely no response, no one answers the phone or returns messages. Even tried the chat bot and still no response. Not good service.
