I also wanted to add that when I needed help after my home burned down after the hurricane, Anita contacted her boss to let him know my situation, together they have helped keep my head above water, and continue to lookout for my well being. We had a leak in one of our units from a storm and she helped us navigate the insurance and got us into another unit promptly. We were lucky there was another unit. Needless to say the logistics of getting our stuff to the unit was a challenge. My mom actually had to go up & meet the movers. Anita was so helpful for me long distance & to my mom onsite. She has also helped me connect with local professionals to help us with the next phase of the move. When we were in town recently she also gave us some great recommendations on activities do locally. Anita helped us as we navigated a tricky situation. The website indicated that the unit i reserved was "drive up" access, however, it was an internal unit. This would definitely not have worked for our needs. Our angel, Anita, promptly resolved our issue by moving is to a unit with our preferred access. Anita made this experience exceptional.
