I went to get some important items out of my storage unit and the lock was changed. There was confusion when I first got the unit and I was given unit N4 back in July 2nd. I was originally told unit N42 but that unit was already taken. Went to go get the items needed for an event today which is a holiday weekend and a red lock was on the locker that I pay for monthly. Actually the payment was just taken out earlier this week. I don’t know if anyone will be able to accommodate me to unlock my unit. I don’t know if they threw my items away. I don’t know anything. My experience was very good up until I came to get a few things that I have to have today out of the unit on a day I believe they are closed . I am lost. Close More
